Up2Mist.org is a web project contemplated for testing and reporting global Internet freedom index from the point of circumvention sphere.
The concept of this project is collect and evaluate different circumvention tools time by time, and report to public the availability, usability and sustainability of those tools, adding other dimensions from either technical or social perspectives. The web site, as a window of all experiments, will reflect the updates from evaluation and keep community interactions.
